1 General Terms

taka30 (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, slots, cricket betting and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. By using this website (https://taka30.cam), you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions set out below.

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

This agreement is made between the taka30 platform and the registered member ("you" or "user"). These terms and conditions shall be considered a binding agreement in accordance with applicable law.

1.2 Scope of Services

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account at taka30:

• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date.
• A person may only open one account. If a person holds more than one account, all accounts and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The account holder must be a real person; operating an account using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence is prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

taka30 may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• A clear photo of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
• Documents required to verify the payment method.

Withdrawal requests may be held until the verification process is complete. If false information is provided, the account will be terminated immediately.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

taka30 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

3.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• The account used for deposits and the taka30 account must be in the same person's name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions will be cancelled and returned.
• After a deposit, the balance is usually updated within a few minutes.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Approved requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals will be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on taka30 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — please read them carefully before accepting an offer.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• taka30 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspicious betting patterns.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred directly to another person.

4.4 Other Promotions

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Policy

All bets on taka30 are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game interface.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, a power outage or a device fault, the system automatically saves the game state. You can resume the game by logging in again. taka30 is not responsible for issues caused by the user's device or internet connection.

5.3 Faulty Game Results

If an incorrect result is produced due to a software error or technical malfunction, taka30 reserves the right to void that game and refund the bet amount. Winnings arising from such an error are not valid.

5.4 Sports Betting

Separate rules apply to each betting market for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, other leagues) and other sports. If a match is abandoned or postponed, taka30 will make decisions in accordance with established industry standards.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on taka30:

• Any form of fraud, deception or misuse of the system.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Placing bets designed to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods or another person's account.
• Attempting to carry out a cyber attack against the platform.
• Behaving in an indecent, aggressive or threatening manner toward other users.

If any of these prohibited activities is proven, the account will be immediately terminated, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

7 VIP and Rewards Program

taka30's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
